Grindstone Island;

Mr. William M. Wolverton age 64 died Monday in Watertown NY, after being stricken at his summer home on Grindstone Island in the Thousand Islands. There will be no services at this time.

He was born October 7^th 1945 in Philadelphia PA the son of Melvin and Iona Malatratt Wolverton. He graduated from Penn State University in 1967. He married the former Elizabeth Brown in 1966. Mr. Wolverton was a retired Pilot Boat Captain on the Delaware River. He enjoyed reading, was a historian and loved spending time at his summer home on Grindstone Island

Surviving besides his wife he was the loving of one son Will [Lisa] of Ardmore, two daughters Susan [Jay] Dusenburry of Michigan, Laura [Leonard] Rossio of PA, loving grandfather of Kate and Emma Dusenburry, Anna and Lilly Wolverton, and Heana Rossio, one sister Adele [Robert] Biel of Maryland, brother-in-law David Brown the III of PA, nieces, nephews and cousins.
