Cape Vincent;

Susan L. Parkin-Hines age 63 owner and operator of the Market Street Inn in Cape Vincent formally of High Falls NY died Friday evening in Alexandria Bay NY. Calling hours will be 2:00 until 5:00 pm on Tuesday May 18^th at the T. R. Jetty Funeral Home in Clayton. There will be no funeral service.

Susan was born October 4^th 1946 in Long Beach LI the daughter of Charles and Dorothy Engel Parkin. She graduated from Accord Schools and Community College. She married Eugene Hines April 27^th 1975 in High Falls NY. Mr. Hines died December 30^th 1996. She operated the High Falls restaurant with her mother from 1962 until moving to Cape Vincent in 2004. She loved the St. Lawrence River. She was a member of the Cape Vincent American Legion ladies auxiliary.

Surviving are two daughters Elizabeth Hines and Megan [Marvin] Votra all of Cape Vincent, one brother Brian Parkin and one sister-in-law Eloise Parkin of High Falls NY, nieces and nephews.
